We will have available in the middle of February a lovely and bright single room at the top-floor of a friendly and shared house of four, you will be the fifth. The room is fully furnished it has wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large window which lets in plenty of light. The house is five minutes walking to the centre, John Lewis and High street, it has a communal and spacious kitchen with a washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. In the lounge there are two sofas, a coffee table and a 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player. There are 2 shower rooms with toilet and basin plus a separate toilet with basin. There is road parking to the front of the property. The housemates Simona, Mariusz, Javier and Tamara, all professionals, are between 24 and 41 year old. We love cooking and inviting our friends at home for dinner or tea, we are very friendly and we are looking for someone similar to us to welcome him/her to our family. One month deposit is required. All utility bills along with TV licence and unlimited wireless broadband are not included within the rent and they are around £ 60, 00= per month. We are just waiting for you!!
