Specialized Status I FSR Downhill Jump Free Ride Enduro Mountain Bike £££s spent in Exeter, Devon for sale
Relisted due to time waster/button smashet. Just to make you aware first and foremost, there has been modifications made on this bike from the previous owner and is not standard. I will list the upgrades to the best of my knowledge below. The bike is in great condition, usual marks as you'd expect from the nature of the sport. Reason for sale is I bought this bike as an interest of the sport to see if I liked it. I loved the bike and sport that much I bought a newer model of this exact bike! It truly is a great ride and knowing that pros like Darren Berrecloth use this exact frame to jump off cliffs at Redbull Rampage, certainly gives me alot of confidence to just go for it! Now for the upgraded parts: Nukeproof Warhead long Stem Easton Havoc DH Riser Bar Shimano ZEE SL-M640 Trigger Shifter with JAGWIRE cable SLX Casette SLX Chain ZEE Shadow+ Rear Derailleur XLC Lock-ON slimline grips Shimano SAINT pedals (the best part! saved my life a few times haha) all pins practically new and can be replaced by allen-key Superstar DH Seatpost Vavert Sports saddle Uprated front shock spring I also have a brand new and unused! specialised PHENOM COMPETITION Saddle I can throw in now as well worth £90 (New photos has the Phenom on, the old Vavert Sports saddle will be included as spare). Apparently it will suit riders 5ft9 to 6ft4 size Large frame (I am 6 ft 5 and it's great for me as I can throw it around). I may be missing more but from looking on Website: bikeradar. com's review on this bike and going around the bike they are the immediate differences I can see. There has been £200+ spent on the transmission alone, and changes so smoothly if I don't sell soon i'll probably transfer this transmission to my new model haha :) The bike has been maintained very well by the previous owner and all care taken by myself, including the front shock being serviced and new spring 2 rides ago, new Superstar pads fitted and brakes bled by my friend who's a trained bicycle mechanic (if that's the right words) as well as greasing and lubricating in all the good ways. Always cleaned and lubricated after each ride. Tyres could do with being changed in a few rides but has MAXXIS Super Tacky tyres on at the moment which have been awesome. Rear has had a new inner tube 1 ride ago as well. That's pretty much everything I can think of. This model retailed at over £2,500 when new. But obviously is no longer new and has been used for it's true purpose! Taking into account for the upgraded parts and great condition of the bike i'd be asking around £1100 for the resale.
